Some new textures for the island Portland. More specifically, textures are replaced old school building, basketball courtnearby and one of the industrial buildings.

Textures have high resolution and mip-map levels.

The models are adapted to the dynamic lighting script from DimZet13.

Recommendedput on top of this modifications.

The modification is part of a larger project - GTA3: Kostygov Eedition.

Немного новых текстур для острова Portland. Говоря конкретнее, заменяются текстуры старого школьного здания, баскетбольной площадки неподалеку и одного из промышленных зданий.

Текстуры имеют высокое разрешение и мип-мап уровни.

Модели адаптированы под скрипт динамического освещения от DimZet13.

Рекомендуется ставить поверх этой модификации.

Модификация является частью более крупного проекта - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.

!Заменены некоторые текстуры в generic.txd!
