This modification replaces the old background, loading screen, control buttons and application. Now the game will be with a new style, in line with GTA — The Definitive Edition.

Installation:

Back up your GTA III app and files;
Install the new app, then move it to the "Android/data/com.rockstar.gta3" folder;
Rename the folder to "com.rockstar.gta3DE";
Next, launch the game.
