GTA2 Powermanager
An improved version of the standard GTA2 Manager. Adds a ton of new features such as extensive changes to game parameters, vehicle physics and much more. Inside is a Powerpatch that turns the standard GTA2 Manager into a GTA2 PowerManager. Extract the contents to the game folder and click on the extracted file, and accordingly confirm the changes.
