Originally released in 2003. This version was released in july 2015 after a massive update.
The story:
You are on a vacation on a tropical island but get arrested the first day for illegal weapon possession (guess you should have left that gun of yours at home...). You manage to bribe the cops but you're stripped all your money and possessions. Fortunately they let you keep your phone. When you exit the police station suddenly you get a phone call from Tony Filentio, the boss of the mafia on the island (how the hell did he get your number?). And he has work for you...

- Cops, firetrucks and ambulances;
- 6 missions;
- 4 kill frenzies;
- Boats (make sure you have land on your left when you exit them!);
- Helicopters (the parked ones can't fly, but you'll get the chance to fly one in the end);
- A clothing store where the player can change clothes (go find it yourself!);
