GTA Cars Zoom Extension
This program is needed to visually enlarge the area under the cursor in order to view a specific pixel on the sprite in GTAcars at an enlarged scale (provided that the cursor is hovering over the sprite). In the future, it will be easier to fix broken pixels if you messed up the sprite. When you run this program, click on "zoom factor" to change the zoom and you will see a zoomed-in area of the cursor above the sprites in GTAcars.
To turn off the enlarged display in the window (but without turning off the GTAcars Zoom Extention itself) click on "move zoom to gtacars". Press "zoom back to this program" to switch back the magnified display. Unfortunately, GTAcars itself did not have time to implement this, so this utility was released by another developer separately from the main program.
