GTA Cars Zoom Extension
This program is needed for visually enlarging the area under the cursor to view a specific pixel on the sprite in GTAcars at an enlarged scale (provided that the cursor is over the sprite). It will be easier to fix broken pixels later if you have damaged the sprite. When you run this program, click on \"zoom factor\" to change the scaling, and you will see the cursor area over the sprites in GTAcars in an enlarged view.
To disable the enlarged display in the window (without turning off the GTAcars Zoom Extension itself), click on \"move zoom to gtacars\". To re-enable the enlarged display, click \"zoom back to this program\". Unfortunately, this feature was not implemented in GTAcars itself in time, so this utility was released by another developer separately from the main program.

Эта программа нужна для визуального увеличения области под курсором, чтобы осуществлять просмотр конкретного пикселя на спрайте в GTAcars в увеличенном масштабе (при условии, что на спрайт наведен курсор). В дальнейшем будет проще исправлять битые пиксели, если вы испортили спрайт. Когда вы запустите эту программу, щёлкните на \"zoom factor\", чтобы изменить масштабирование, и вы увидите в увеличенном масштабе область курсора над спрайтами в GTAcars.
Чтобы отключить увеличенное отображение в окошке(но при этом не выключая саму GTAcars Zoom Extention) нажмите на \"move zoom to gtacars\". Чтобы обратно включить увеличенное отображение нажмите \"zoom back to this program\". К сожалению в самой GTAcars не успели это реализовать, поэтому данная утилита была выпущена другим разработчиком отдельно от основной программы.
