Actually, this is a port of the GBC version of GTA1 to Java phones.

- By changing the extension from ".jar" to ".zip", you can open the game as an archive and edit the files inside.
It is unlikely that anyone has a phone from that time, so if you want to try the port, you can run the game on the J2MEloader emulator, or any other that is convenient for you.
