This is a multifunctional program for editing GTA 1 files.
Utility features:
- Text editor capable of editing large files (up to 2 MB), including mission.ini, and has a "Find" function.
- Added FXTview code to load and save FXT files in both FXT and TXT format.
- Display file information (file offset, stack data)
- Images can be saved in BMP format or copied to clipboard.
Able to view files of formats:
- ".cmp"
- ".fxt"
- ".ini"
etc.

- ".fxt"
- ".ini"
