A program that allows you to edit GTA 1 audio files.
You can:
Listen to sounds, effects and phrases, change the frequency and the sound itself, delete, save in wav format, make backup copies and restore.
There are three versions in the archive: v.2.0 v.2.01 and v.3.0.
v.3.0 may not run on some computers, but other versions are absolutely usable. If v.3.0 does not start, then there is version 2.01, written in 1999.

Программа, позволяющая редактировать аудио-файлы GTA 1.
Вы можете:
Прослушивать звуки, эффекты и фразы, изменять частоту и сам звук, удалять, сохранять в формате wav, делать резервные копии и восстанавливать.
В архиве лежат три версии: v.2.0 v.2.01 и v.3.0.
v.3.0 может не запуститься на некоторых компьютерах, но остальные версии абсолютно пригодные к использованию. Если не запустится v.3.0, то есть версия 2.01, написанная в 1999 году.
