Quantum Break mod for GTA San Andreas.
How to install: first, open the archive with the mod, and then do the following:1) place the Cleo folder in the game folder (GTA SA) and confirm replacement if prompted;2) also place the Models folder in the game folder and replace what is requested. That's it!
Controls:1) To activate the mod, enter the code "QBE", "QBD" to disable the mod;2) X - SLOWMOTION (can also be used while aiming), Z - exit SLOWMOTION;3) to disarm a ped, approach him and press Enter;4) pressing 1 allows you to teleport forward.
Additional:1) during SLOWMOTION, the character will have new animations when moving left and right (like in "Vice City" or "GTA 3");2) I recommend using new effects, as the standard effects from SA "look not very good".

Как установить: для начала открываем архив с модом,а затем вот что:1)папку Cleo кидаем в папку с игрой(GTA SA) если просит замену,то подтверждаем;2)папку Models тоже кидаем в папку с игрой и заменяем,что просит.Вот и всё!
Управление:1) Чтобы включить мод,нужно ввести код "QBE", "QBD"-отключить мод;2) X(икс)-SLOWMOTION(можно и при прицеливании),Z(зед)-выйти изSLOWMOTION;3)чтобы обезоружить педа ,нужно подойти к нему и нажать Enter;4) нажимая 1-можно переместиться вперёд(телепорт).
Отдельное:1)при SLOWMOTION персонаж будет иметь новые анимации при движении влево и вправо(как в "Vice city" или "GTA 3" );2) советую использовать новые эффекты,т. к. со стандартными эффектами из SA "выглядит не очень".
