This mod adds a new town called Rixon near Las Venturas (close to Ammu-Nation and the strip club). The town features Cluckin Bell, which can be purchased and now entered (purchase price 9000, profit 1000), a gas station, Ammu-Nation, and the strip club (previously on the map, now part of the town). There are also many houses and street lighting around the town (very beautiful at night). The town is populated with people and cars.
INSTALLATION (for a clean game):
1) Drop the files from the gta3.img folder into the corresponding file (in the models folder)
2) Place the maps folder into the data folder (the entire folder, allow merging and replacing if prompted)
3) Insert the scripts from the cleo folder into your CLEO library (cleo.li)
ADDED:
1) More trees, objects, and houses
2) The previously existing houses are now more evenly placed and properly aligned
3) You can now enter Cluckin Bell (but Carl exits somewhere in San Fierro, how to fix this - I don't know, I've tried everything, even creating a clone of the interior)
4) More people!

Данный мод добавляет рядом с Лас-Вентурасом (около Амму-нации и Стрип-клуба) новый городок под названием Риксон. В городке есть Cluckin Bell, который можно купить и в который теперь можно войти (покупка 9000, прибыль 1000), заправка, Амму-Нация и Стрип-Клуб (ранее они были на карте, но теперь входят в состав городка). Также есть много домов и освещение на трассе около города (ночью очень красиво). В городе есть люди и машины.
УСТАНОВКА (на чистую игру):
1) Файлы из папки gta3.img скинуть в одноименный файл (в папке models)
2) Папку maps скинуть в папку data (всю папку, если спросит о слиянии и замене - разрешайте)
3) Скрипты из папки cleo вставьте в вашу КЛЕО-библиотеку (cleo.li)
ДОБАВЛЕНО:
1) Больше деревьев, объектов и домов
2) Дома, что были ранее, теперь стоят более ровно и нормально
3) Теперь можно войти в Клакин Белл (но Карл выходит где-то в Сан-Фиерро, как это устранить - я не знаю, пробовал все, даже создать клон интерьера)
4) Больше людей!
