An excellent expansion for GTA 3! You can save anywhere (just not during a mission), in the menu. Now a new area in the style of the 1930s will appear near Portland, the game's storyline has been revamped, there is new weaponry (not all), also in the 1930s style, new missions + a boat mission. In the new area, you will be hated by a gang of thieves. In the new area, there are people, some of whom talk to each other, you can admire nature, find armor, refuel your health, and fall into an open manhole (into the sewer).

Отличное дополнение к GTA 3! Сохранятся можно в любом месте (только не во время миссии), в меню. Теперь возле Портлэнда появится новоя местность в стиле 30-ых годов, переделан сюжет игры, есть новое оружие (не все),тоже в стиле 30-ых, новыи миссии + миссия на лодке. Теперь в новой месности вас ненавидит банда воров. В новой местности есть люди, некоторые разговаривоют между собой, в новой месности можно полюбоваться природой, найти броню, заправится жизнью, и провалится в открытый люк (в канализацию).
