By default, GTA SA features a unique police model for each city. However, there is only one police biker for the entire state. It's somewhat nonsensical, as its model name suggests it is a biker from LS. Additionally, Rockstar left two fully usable models for bikers from SF and LV in gta3.img. Why not make them usable? This mod (or rather, this plugin) adds them to the city as they should be placed according to their names. Believe it or not, this mod does not spawn police itself, only hacks the EXE procedures. Nevertheless, you don't even have to take my word for it, as the mod is open source. Place cbo.cs in the GTA San Andreas CLEO folder and peds.ide in the GTA San Andreas data folder to install the mod.
