PRICELESS PRINCIPLES
End of the 20th century. A huge number of rallies began in many cities of the United States of America, soon developing into anarchic destruction of infrastructure and inhumane, sometimes senseless mass killings.
While politicians are desperately trying to understand what's going on, the radical side of these same politicians is not asleep - a member of the US Republican Party, a senator representing the state of San Andreas, Melvin Harnstrong, with the support of the two strongest PMCs in the country, "Autumn Leaf" and "Elbrus", went to the site of the next riots in the city of shining lights - Las Venturas with the obvious goal of completely eradicating the chaos that occurred there.

Конец XX века. Во многих городах Соединённых Штатов Америки началось огромное количество митингов, вскоре перерастающих в анархичные уничтожения инфраструктуры и бесчеловечные, порой бессмысленные массовые убийства.
Пока политики отчаянно пытаются понять, в чём здесь дело, радикальная сторона этих же политиков не дремлет – член республиканской партии США, сенатор, представляющий штат Сан-Андреас, Мэлвин Харнстронг, заручившись поддержкой двумя сильнейших ЧВК в стране, «Осенний лист» и «Эльбрус», отправился на место очередных беспорядков в городе сияющих огней – Лас-Вентурасе с очевидной целью – начисто искоренить произошедший там хаос.
