Gang territories:
- Lemoyne Raiders — Scarlett Meadows and Bayou NWA;
- Wapiti Warriors — Ambarino and West;

Added 5 gangs from the original RDRI. Added RDR Bill, Javier and Dutch as new peds, both NPC and playable characters.
Changes:
- Gangs will attack any other gangs that get in their way;
- Special ammunition can now be obtained from enemy gangs and lawmen;
- Increased the cost of Del Lobos loot;
- Added unique names for Laramie Gang, Bronte Goons, Wapiti Warriors, US Marshall, and Saint Denis & Blackwater Police;
- Added poachers from online;
- Added an African-American gang that was originally an exclusive NPC for the mission;
- Added a high-class NPC as a Saint Denis stagecoach passenger;
- Added stagecoaches around New Austin.
