To put on a Santa Claus hat while sitting on a moped, press "Y".
To throw a box of Cola to a person, just roll up to him and CJ will throw a box of sizzling drink to the person.
To replenish the supply of boxes with Cola, stand on the red marker near the Christmas tree with a moped.
