These are my first mods created for Vice City, these mods replace all wheels in GTA Vice City with more detailed ones.
Features:
- Redesigned wheels of GTA Vice city in SA quality.
- All wheels are rendered using the default texture from wheels.txd
- Seamless display.
- Discs in 3D.
Known Errors:
- Wheels are reflected in the neo-pipeline in skygfx.
