This modification adds neons to skyscrapers and staunton shops. Also, the mod includes a new Timecyc.dat with a dark blue
at night. This is only the second beta version of the mod, so not all areas and buildings have received changes, however, the modification is periodically updated.
Installation: Requires Limit Adjuster. Also, if you wish, you can put a 2DFX Project.
Semi-Automatic: put everything in the game folder, add the com_neons.txd file to txd.img
Manual: Put everything in the game folder, except for the gta3.dat file, add the com_neons.txd file to txd.img, open the manual.txt file and follow the instructions.
