Here is full working version.
What's fixed:
- Now it's a mission. You cannot start other quests until you have completed this one.
- Now you don't have to start the mission: if the car appears, but you don't want to complete the mission, just drive away from this place. Everything will disappear.
- Other minor fixes

Вот полноценная, работающая версия.
Что исправлено:
- Теперь это миссия. Вы не можете начать другие задания, пока не закончите это.
- Теперь вы можете не начинать миссию: если тачка появилась, но проходить миссию вы не хотите, просто отъедьте от этого места подальше. Все исчезнет.
- Другие мелкие исправления
