This modification completely changes the weather in GTA IV to the weather from GTA V.
Some features:
- GTA V visuals: close attention was paid to all the clocks and the weather
- You can feel the effect of the summer heat
- If all graphics settings are set to maximum, it will look like Current Gen
- Night shadows are turned off
- No more gloomy Bloom, the game now uses the ENB Bloom Effect
- Cloud style, like in GTA V
- Moving solar coronas, GTA V style
- Volumetric light around buildings throughout the day
- And more
Changes in version 4.5:
- Clouds have been improved to be deeper and have sharper edges, and ! has also been improved!
- variety of clouds depending on the weather.
- Improved vehicle taillights.
- GTA V visualization: special attention to all clocks and weather.
- The feeling of summer heat is improved.
- If the graphics settings are maxed out, the game will look like Current Gen!
- Sun rays, God Rays effect.
- Ambient occlusion MXAO Reshade.

Данная модификация полностью меняет погоду в GTA IV, на погоду из GTA V.
Некоторые особенности:
- Визуальность GTA V: было уделено пристальное внимание ко всем часам и к погоде
- Чувствуется эффект летней жары
- Если все графические настройки выставить на максимум, будет смотреться как Current Gen
- Выключены ночные тени
