What it is?
Mod Loader is an ASI plugin for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas that adds a very convenient and easy way to install mods.
Its main feature is that the files of the original game are not affected in any way, and now it is not necessary to make backups.
Usage is simple, you just have to create one or more folders inside the ModLoader folder and place the mods there. It is recommended to have one folder for each modification.
Changes in v0.3.5:
Fixed a bug when starting a new game for the second/third time in GTA III and GTA Vice City.
Support for ASI path translations in VS2015+.

Главная его особенность состоит в том, что никак не затрагиваются файлы оригинальной игры, и бэкапы теперь делать не обязательно.
Использование проста, вы просто должны создать одну или несколько папок внутри папки ModLoader и поместить моды там. Рекомендуется иметь одну папку для каждой модификации.
