There are some problems with the installation file on Android 10, 11, and 12, where the installation file does not run and the screen goes black. I think the developer should spend some time and patience on the map in the next update, but again, I appreciate the developer's efforts and thank you.

Side Note! it works with other timecyc and colorcyc parameters. so you can put this mod in, the go find another timecyc and colorcyc to go with it. so when you look in data you will see "timecyc and timecyc_24h" the asi file is for the pc version. and also it does not come with a 24h colorcyc so go find one of those too.

for anyone noticing the extra large plants west of los santos when you leave the city or up north in the country, the name of the plant is "cornfield". its a parameter in the "plants.dat" file he made to big. all you need to do is copy the parameter from something like "low_grass" or "mid_grass" and paste it in "cornfield". it should fix it. i will be adding my own grass mod to libertycity after im done curating and editing to my favor.
for all you (i guess 12 year olds...) the timecyc and colorcyc only change the weather, timing of lights and brightness, weather, the color of all of these, and stuff like that. IT DOESNT CHANGE THE GRASS, THE TREES, OR THE TEXTURES. I think he is use BSOR for the trees... check that out. and aptos (the mod dev or publisher) also released a bunch of grass mods that will give you a similar look.
CJ has so many voice which i'm too lazy and didn't dare to touch again lol. Thats why i only change the special ped (like sweet, cesar, and big bear) because they had some interaction when you punch, shoot, and hijack people.

can someone tell me how to increase any weapons ammo capacity in the game? like when I pick up shotgun from any of it's location it will give 30 rounds of ammo but how to increase it to 100?

Players always use garage for bringing the stolen cars in missions but you can now put them directly.. - TweaksV fixes few stuff like sprinting in interiors or highjacking the cop cars. Both features are hardcoded stuff and they have been disabled in vanilla game. - Green Sabre Fix fixes bunch of stuff in "Green Sabre" mission. It's actually optional but if you want these fixes you have to keep them in the modloader folder..
Well.. the modders also created the SEPERATE Seville Boulevard Families and other special skins/gangs but i don't want to turn this mod into the "Beta Restore" too much and keep this mod on the same track. Not everyone would love some "Beta stuff.."

I already have plans to work on these kinds of mods in the future, so your ideas really fit well. The 4-door Mesa especially sounds like a great addition, I’ll try my best to bring it into the game when I have time. I can’t promise an exact date, but I’ll do what I can to make them happen
