Muy bueno! despues tengo que subirlo (mas que nada subo todo en GTA Inside), pero hace un tiempo hice un modelo de soldado de infanteria con la duvet y todo en alta calidad para GTA, ademas que tambien ando armando algunos mods argentinos (tanto retomando el viejo mod "GTA Buenos Aires" como incluso de Malvinas, ambos en conversion total (si, armando las islas tambien), cualquier cosa si queres estamos en contacto!
Do i need the unextracted obb file to play gta3? Because when i extracted the obb files to Android_unprotected/data/com.rockstar.gta3/files/GTA3/... The game say's i didn't downloaded the game? Did i just misplaced the files or this just doesn't work?

Lie. The game has been tested with loaded and even pre-loaded saves. The fact that your GTA San Andreas has other mods conflicting with my Official Winter is your problem. I made it clear from the start that to install Official Winter, you MUST have a fresh or mod-free GTA San Andreas to avoid conflicts when loading and pre-loading. Learn to read before downloading my files!
it should be off during certain missions like 555 We Tip or Breaking The Bank At Caligula's. doesn't make sense to have weapons on display for some missions
