GTA in real life. A selection of photos that look like screenshots from the new part of Grand Theft Auto
If the authors of fantasy or science fiction projects strive to surprise players with unusual worlds, then the developers of the GTA series show everyday life. But due to the elaboration of details and realism, it is no less impressive than futuristic cities or fairy-tale kingdoms. The opposite effect also occurs: sometimes ordinary photographs look like screenshots from new parts of Grand Theft Auto. This article is dedicated to such shots.
Frame-by-frame playback of the GTA 6 trailer
On the Internet you can find several videos that exactly repeat the video of the sixth GTA, but with real people. Typically, bloggers combine their own footage with the original videos that RockStar used to create the trailer. True, thanks to them it becomes obvious that modern games are still far from photorealism.
Trevor Phillips from Grand Theft Auto 5
The video featuring Trevor from GTA 5 deserves special mention. We are ready to recommend it for viewing to everyone who is partial to games in this series.
Walking around Los Santos
Although there are not many full-fledged Grand Theft Auto cosplays, some guys show what they would look like as the main characters of the games of the series. And if the shooting took place in Los Angeles, it can be passed off as Los Santos from the fifth part or GTA: San Andreas.
Vice City Embankment
And Miami is predictably suitable as a setting for filming works based on the sixth part of the series. I wonder if the streets of Vice City will be as busy as in real life.
FBI car theft
In GTA games we often steal various vehicles. Moreover, special service vehicles provide access to additional ways to earn money. However, if you actually get behind the wheel of a police car without permission, you will face a criminal sentence. We hope that the guys who filmed this shot agreed on everything in advance.
Shootout on the streets of Liberty City
A similar picture is not uncommon in poor areas of American cities. Fortunately, here we are talking about a production, and not a real chronicle of street gang violence.
Police chase in the bed of a concrete canal
And this is real footage of a chase involving criminals and police. We immediately had associations with high-speed escape from the cops from the fifth part of GTA.
Typical race from GTA Online
In wealthy areas of Los Angeles, traffic often consists exclusively of expensive cars. There is a feeling that we are looking at a high-speed race from GTA Online, where each player has a local equivalent of a Lamborghini or Tesla.
Banshee car in real life
As part of this article, I would like to recall the story of the competition, the main prize in which was a Dodge Viper RT/10, stylized as the Bravado Banshee from GTA 5. However, this car has been seen in all games in the series, starting with the third. The winner was a 56-year-old woman named Cherie Parker. She received the car in 2012, drove it for 3 years, and then sold it for $180 thousand. According to her, such a sports car is impractical in real life. It’s interesting that the car has always attracted people’s attention, because fans of Grand Theft Auto recognized the iconic Banshee in its characteristic coloring.
Colorful sunset
GTA: Vice City is remembered by many players for its bright sunsets. You might get the feeling that nothing like this happens in real life. However, this is what sunset looks like in one of the coastal cities of the United States.
