The mod replaces the old Whiz and VIP themes for GTA 5 and KingRing. It didn't seem to be bad. This is my first texture replacement mod in GTA 4. Installation: Using OpenIV or SparkIV, replace the files from the "Themes" folder in GTA 4/pc/data/cd...
