Head to Luisa Fortuna, whom you have saved more than once in Red Dead Redemption, talk to her, and watch the cutscene.

The next step is the simplest — get rid of all the army soldiers who are shooting at you. After doing this, go down, free Reyes, and head with him to the river, where Luisa will be waiting for you. Along the way, you will also have to fend off the army soldiers. After handing the rescued man to the girl, you will receive +100 points to the Fame parameter.
