This guide will show you how to save an innocent activist in Red Dead Redemption. The mission walkthrough will only be available after the The Tragedy of a Skilled Shooter mission. Head to the town of Chuparosa to find Mr. Ricketts. Enter the building where he is negotiating and watch the cutscene. The guys he was talking to have news about Javier Escuella. They will also tell you about a woman named Luisa Fortuna, who has been taken captive. You can reach the marked point on the map with Ricketts by train or on horseback. Upon arrival, mount a steed and follow the man to El Matadero. Talk to Carlos, who will tell you that the hostage is in a cave and will distract the guards. Head inside the cave with Ricketts, fighting the bandits along the way.
Once you reach the marked point, your task is to protect the man from enemies while he tries to unlock the cell door. After rescuing Luisa, continue protecting Ricketts until you exit the cave. Mount your horse and reach the nearest camp to leave the rescued woman there. Completing the mission will earn you +37 points to the Fame parameter and also +25 points to the Honor parameter.
