The mobile versions of the GTA remasters can indeed be purchased separately from Netflix
The remastered versions from the GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition collection for Android and iOS can actually be purchased separately from the Netflix subscription. As it turns out, Rockstar has released standalone versions of the updated GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas on Google Play and the App Store, but not everywhere— they are not sold in the US. Each game from the collection costs $20, so the entire trilogy will amount to $60.
