YouTube-creator TeaserPlay uploaded another concept trailer for a remake of a classic game. This time he showed the concept for a remake of Max Payne. This is how a legendary game back from 2001 could look like on the Unreal Engine 5. TeaserPlay tried to recreate the noir atmosphere of criminal New York and the style of the original game. The weather effects, lighting and animations looked a little clunky but with a proper assets and polishing it could be a banger.
This spring Remedy Entertainment had officially announced the release of remakes of Max Payne and Max Payne 2. The company will remake it with the help from Rockstar Games, which is still the copyright holder for the series.
