I just checked your files again and I concluded that you have not restored any additional songs, only the radio station Fever 105 and Flash FM for some reason at the very beginning play some full versions of songs with compressed quality and without DJs’ cues and then it starts play original versions of radio stations (no version of the game had this) and all other audio files are completely identical to mine.

And also the songs on Fever 105 and Flash FM are played here in a different order than in the original GTA Vice City and they have a compressed quality, which is not the case in my mod.
Is this the only difference?
But this is not entirely true, after downloading there will be another download, for San Andreas it is 6 GB, but for the rest I don’t remember

One of the V-Rock stingers contains the first few seconds of Dio's "Jesus, Mary & The Holy Ghost". In fact, this song was only released in 1993, about 7 years after the events of Vice City.
V-Rock made an audio mixing error that caused the song "Comin' atcha live!" repeats in the first 10 seconds after the start of the song.
