problem 1 : yes, i got same issue while use cleo 4, but it work fine with cleo 5. idk why, still investigate.
problem 2 : on me it work fine with cleo 4 & 5, try use clean GTA SA and find a problem by yourselft, maybe some mod distrub it.

The trainer will read automatically if an additional cars or peds is available.
They don't support Cleo 4.4 and above for now, and there are some plugins that limit the Memory read/write work.

You have to know the difference, I made a Trainer mod without stopping the player's activities. mod like the one in GTA V, not relying on the mouse to choose.

Answer 1: Maybe your armored car not support wheel component, Ask the author of Model for that. I think, it was not the fault from the Trainer, because all of original car can change wheel.
Answer 2: for walkstyle, maybe there is another mod which disturbs working the Trainer. Walkstyle uses Memory changes.

Initially I also wanted to make 3 languages namely English, Indonesian, and Russian. But problems with different Russian language codes. And I decided to stop making Russian. Because it has a long character word and is not suitable for menus.
