Вылеты обычно бывают если у вас нет msvcr100d.dll
Ошибка D3D. Набирите в гугле "ошибки gta4" там всё написано что и почему.

БЕТА - потому что свеже собранная и тестировалась всего на одном компе с чисто установленной гта. С gtx220 пойдет но на самых минимальных.
Со временем тест прошел большое количество компов после которых его смело можно назвать достойным ENB

Просто у таких как вы руки не от туда. Если вы их наставили с десяток и у вас теперь они не пашут никто не виноват! Переустановите игру и установите данный ENB. У нормальных людей всё работает!

Ну а как вы хотели? чтоб у вас на ультра всё на тех же фпс шла что и на высоких? такого не бывает
У моих знакомых всё ...бись а у вас темно. ну как так? по всей видимости наверно просто ваше железо гавно и монитору помочь нечем. Сделайте апгрейд. Я мод сделал для себя и своих друзей. Чуть позже решил выложить. А железо гавно потому что не справляется с адаптацией и блумом. Просьба люди будьте разумны давайте без флуда !!!

Народ как людей прошу пржде чем писать коммент поставьте мод а потом уже пишите. Не стоит сразу с ролика всё оценивать и это довольно глупо. Сначало поставьте а потом уже отписывайтесь что и как. Яркость можно и в настройках прибавить.
Народ у меня ушло более двух месяцев чтоб протестировать на 4-х компах и добиться удовлетворительного результата. Прежде чем флудить вы поставьте его
