Mr.Konstantinos,
Maybe it was, but it turns out in a rassian way collective farm.

Naturally, the curve mode is oblique, colochose, and the like, for it has been done since 2005. The maximum toolkit of that time was 3d-Max, IMG Tool, and TXD Workshop, both very early and raw versions.
And Russian reality was ridiculed very well: what are the names of districts, towns, shops, etc.

Mr.Konstantinos, Well, I do not dispute that in GTA there is an Internet cafe "@ zda", Psanina beer and related advertising and the like. There it was done on purpose, in order to ascertain once again the cult of consumption established in Omerik.
On the screenshots in the subject, the yazyk padoncuff is used, which is even worse because its remaining carriers and other biomass, which it considers ridiculous, should safely bend off from cancer of the brain, testicles, well, from cancer which you want to die more and I think that before that slag should not be lowered. Even for the duration of the 2007 mod, the carrier of this infection was looked at as oligophrenic.

Personally, I did not see padonkuff on the screenshots in the Yazyk theme, and the like, NIIHUYA and NIIBATS can hardly be called an example of this very Albanian, or as it is called. I also hate biomass, gopnik, 2007, etc.
And by the way, if tw @, Pisswasser and the like were created by Rockstar to make fun of it

Jokes of this level are a confirmation of the level of both those who do this and those who will play it.
Those. do you think such jokes show a low level of intelligence for both developers and players? So, by your logic, the original GTAs also show low intelligence like Rockstar and GTA players? (For example
Mr.Konstantinos 07/08/2017, 10:07:17
mm ... NIHIHUA and NIIBATSA? There is still not enough VSEGEI if you understand what I mean)) ...
And so, in principle, great news among the OIV and T2. Judging by the article, the mod fell into good hands. I look forward to the most optimization mod. I really hope that it will not be abandoned again, and the development will not drag on for another 5-10 years.
P.S .: Damn, the history of the mod is as much as 14 years old, and it is still developing!

The idea is gorgeous. But from the outside it looks like an ordinary graphite retexture, it would be cool if you make a separate version of the mod with low-quality textures, in the style of CA.
To be honest, it looks awful, and where does the plane, if the game loads LODs, although this does not apply to the mission "Extremely low height", but damn it is better to make the trees static than to completely remove them ...
Oh my goodness, graphon mafon.
And so, I have been following the mod a long time ago, I hope the author sees it, because it was not in vain that he wrote.
The first thing I noticed was the word “tone of COXs” in the epigraph to fashion. Actually, Cox, well, it's already nitpicking. Screenshots: Judging by them, the game just has an incredible amount of neon that does not do its job. Neon on buildings is not just an element of decor, it is also an object of lighting. In the original Vice City, there was neon only on Vice Beach and on a deserted bridge between the golf club and Little Havana. And when you go on Vice Beach at night, you can notice the effect of multi-colored puffs of smoke, and you can see that the night pre-light at hotels is almost lighter than daytime. In fashion, the opposite is true. When I launched the mod, I could barely make out some characters. As soon as I arrived at the water, I was even ofigel - the pixel water. The next thing I don't like about fashion is its HD's. I expected to see a mod with graphics and characters at the Vice City level. Well, the HD characters on the old RenderWare engine look very poor. After that, this is a very large number of similar places of entertainment on one island: in one building there can be two clothing stores, two burger shops, 3+ dining rooms, etc.
And the most offensive - the atmosphere of the 80s is not felt. It seems to be neon, and cars, and music that I have not heard, but while you are driving you really don’t see beautiful hotels, not palm trees, one grass and some sham heads in places. Posters weighing over roads straight from the 50s / 60s, 80s does not smell. Take for example a signboard over Pay'n'Spray or say Coca-Cola posters. In the GTA universe, there is no Coca-Cola, there is E-Cola. Because of this, you don’t feel the atmosphere of the game at 100%. I honestly expected by neon in the screenshots that I expected to see a game similar to GTA VCS (it is more atmospheric than VC), and I got fake heads and a bunch of blinding neon.
* Part two will be lower *
Interiors I came across an office. There is no reception, some walls are ragged, doors are in the style of 50 / 60s, in some places computers, about them later; I was only pleased with the hotel, and then these doors ... The interiors of the burger / dressing are the same meager, dilapidated, I would take the textures from VCS, go to VCS to the FIDL store, and see how cozy it is. Take better textures from it.
About computers: in offices, do not understand what. It seems to be something from the 90s, because the monitor is on the system. Commodore computers were incredibly popular in the 80s. I would like to see the tw @ Internet cafe, in which there are Commodore 64 / Pet, in which you can chop into unpretentious textured games from the original SA.
Fashion lacks communication with the GTA universe (as the administrator of Grand Theft Wiki I know what I'm talking about). Add brands from GTA VC / VCS.
* Part three will be lower *
What do I expect from the mod:
-New features, for example, a Shopping Center with a lot of entertainment, like North Point Mall
-More palm trees on the map
-Lighter than neon, but more of its functionality
-More stylistics of the 80s, at least the same Commdore computers with simple toys on them. I hope for the addition of Commdore 64, next to which Datassette will stand.
And so, I have been following the mod a long time ago, I hope the author sees it, because it was not in vain that he wrote.

Improvements to old interiors.
I really look forward to the new version of the mod, as in the end we now have a masterpiece in five minutes. I really love the style of VC / VCS, and I really hope the mod will go for the better. Thank!

Improvements to old interiors.
I really look forward to the new version of the mod, as in the end we now have a masterpiece in five minutes. I really love the style of VC / VCS, and I really hope the mod will go for the better. Thank!

I remember I used IMG Pro a lot last year, IMG Tool was hell for me. New version of norms +
Judging by the screenshots, it looks like a graphite ENB with HD textures ala-2013/14. For mobile CA only. I really thought they converted the usual ViSA to mobile phones, and this is the usual puff.
Will the jersey disappear after this week? Double GTA $ & RP just for this playlist? Well, thanks for that too ...

The year in fashion is not exactly defined
If we rely on the presence of The Well Stacked Pizza Co., then no earlier than 85, tk. in VCS, that is, in 84 this institution did not exist. There is nothing more to rely on to determine the year. We receive no earlier than 85 and no later than 89.

New trailer
Trailer * correct.
Well, it hurts too graphically. Although it even goes.
Hmm, somehow the top-left art on the cover reminds me of L.A. Noire for some reason ...
The mod seems to have the atmosphere of the 80s of America and Miami, but here is the quote at the beginning of the trailer, I honestly don't know where it comes from, but as for me it looks like the 60s.
It looks better at night than during the day, here it is - Vice City at Night, I think if the mod comes out I'll just enter NIGHTPROWLER, or whatever it is ...
So far, I really like it, the main thing is not to throw it. Almost like VC and VCS. I bet +!

In the future, it is planned to add maps from Manhunt, Manhunt 2, Bully.
Manhunt 2? Is there really such a person who can convert Manhunt 2 models? I can't even believe it ...

Where does this pessimism come from? Hauser in place, the series will live.
Yes, I think you're right. After all, Rockstar continues to create DLC for GTA V, and have ported GTA LCS to calculators. Yes, of course GTA LCS was originally developed with Leslie, but still ...

I remember something like that.
Yes, yes to me too, it was the oldest mod for Weiss, where, in my opinion, instead of a club, there was a three-ruble Claude.

Nevertheless, I passed it on the emulator, there were almost no lags.
I also passed it on PPSSPP ....At PeCarn!
And I said that on calculators (palnashets) it lags

Che, in 2015, a lot of all sorts of mods came out with the cities of Russia ... Well, +.
UPD
I reviewed the screenshots and I want to ask a question:
For which calculators and Commodore 64 was this mod designed !?

In principle, this was quite predictable, although after the release of GTA CW on mobile phones, many thought that LCS would not work, because the so-called "chronological order" was violated. However, Rockstar did not disappoint us and released LCS for calculators. In a year we will wait for VCS, I really want to play it with a calculator, I tried it on the PPSSPP emulator - it's tough.
To be honest, the yacht is very reminiscent of one of the levels of Max Payne 3. And the spirit of Weiss is very much felt.
The name and description are very promising, but as I understood from the screenshots, this is just a pack of DYOM missions.
And by the way, the logo is drawn in Paint

I completely agree, some work is required. Well, the idea is good, and as I said earlier, the execution needs to be completed.
It seems all the rules, but somehow it's already late. In most of Russia, it is already snowing (I myself have such a picture outside the window), and you only lay out autumn.
In my opinion, it was necessary to go not to Los Santovsky medical center, but to Fort Carson. But all the same +

Some kind of madhouse, what kind of jokes?
Bombushka is decommissioned from the An-12, and Molotok from the MiG-15.
