There are 2 things to fix, the turning signals doesn't work properly in FPS view, and the DRL ( day running lights ) would be a great addition other than that its a pretty good mod ! Good work.

San Andreas doesn't natively support Normal Maps, you need either DK22's or Ryusoke's plugin to enable it. However, bump maps and ENV cubemaps are supported out of the box in the MatFX section.
