you need to score 100 percent of relations with Denise, I didn’t particularly notice cheats for relationships (except for Attractiveness) because either download Saves or personally try to score a hundred

By the way, it's okay that it's not Pak, just throw everything in the right way and the mod works like clockwork from the factory, I'm playing it myself now and the mod works perfectly
