He willingly revealed the secret with another game mechanic. According to him, this usually happens by chance, but there are actually about five scripted points in the city. As soon as the player collected three wanted stars, cop cars immediately spawned in those places, which at a given speed drove right in front of the player and blocked the path or crashed into his car.
