Modder Axirion has released a big mission pack for GTA Vice City (reVC). The mod adds over 130 missions, boss battles, heists and more to the game.

10 missions for the Vercetti Gang;
10 Dream missions (alternative scenes from original
game);

Asset Wars (9 assets available to take over);
Asset jobs (3 missions for every asset, 27 in total);
3 Sea Versuses;
6 Boss Fights;
5 police side missions: Policeman, Vice Squad Detective, Air
Support Pilot, SWAT Officer, FBI Agent;
18 Street Races;
12 Checkpoint Challenges;
5 Phone missions for Mr. Black;
3 Phone missions for the Vercetti Gang (including bank convoy
robbery);
Bonus store robberies (with your own team);

The modification also adds inventory, a hunger system, new
merchants, pickups and safe houses to GTA Vice City. The
