New beta of SA_DirectX 3.0 mod makes GTA San Andreas a next-gen game

Modmaker Makarus, the author of a great mod for GTA San Andreas, showed a new version of the project. The new beta SA_DirectX 3.0 is still available only for subscribers, no news on public release date. The author will test the mod through and make it better before full release. Right now you can download the mod on his page for $10 subscription.
SA_DirectX 3.0 Beta adds new reflections, SSR, SSAO, GodRays, rain effects on the screen and volumetric clouds. It makes a huge difference in visuals and effects and lightning are close to next-gen games quality. However we must ask, why San Andreas is flooded now? Was it got hit by some hard storm or hurricane?
