The PC version of Grand Theft Auto Online has received support for the third-party anti-cheat software BattlEye. This software is also used in other popular games: Mount & Blade 2, PUBG: Battlegrounds, Escape from Tarkov. Rockstar did not announce the addition of the anti-cheat, but the update was spotted in the SteamDB service. This was also reported by many users, including insider Tez2.
