The author of the YouTube channel Matt Pilz decided to show what the first GTA 6 trailer might have looked like if it were viewed in the 1950s. To achieve this, the enthusiast ran the trailer on a black-and-white Admiral television set, released in 1956. The result was very atmospheric — in this form, the game could be mistaken for a movie.

Additionally, the YouTuber ran the trailer on a Panasonic TV from 2002. For added authenticity, the enthusiast recorded the video onto a DVD and played it using a PlayStation 2 console.

Grand Theft Auto 6 will be released in 2025 on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Earlier, let's remind, the game was showcased with retro graphics. Moreover, a segment of the recent trailer was recreated in the Minecraft.
