Insider: GTA 6 will be announced in a few months
GTA fans haven't gotten any news about Rockstar's upcoming game in a while. The announcement of GTA 6 didn't happen at Gamescon 2023 and other major expos this year, which raises a lot of questions among gamers. Relialble Insider Tez2 believes that the game will be announced soon.
Everything seems to line up for a high likelihood of Rockstar announcing VI soon. Probably in the coming months.
If that happens, we might see a new collectible or a new hunt relating to VI within the December update. Just like the Treasure Hunt with the Doomsday Heist update. Or it's probably a bit early and we could see that with the Summer update instead.
I could see a new hunt or a collectible or a random event on Cayo Perico to tease VI. It would make the most sense.
As a rule, Rockstar Games shows trailers of their titles a year before release. The winter DLC for GTA Online could be a great opportunity to announce the game. Also GTA 6 may be announced this September for the 10th anniversary of GTA 5.
