This mod improves on the horse lasso mechanic inspired by Red Dead Redemption 2. It allows players to lasso NPCs without holding down the right mouse button. To release the lasso, you need to press "F". Main features of the mod:
The lasso remains attached to the NPC until you press "F" or the NPC dies.
If you dismount while an NPC is lassoed, he will remain tied for a few seconds.
This feature only works for NPCs, not horses.
Installation:
Download RedHook and unpack it into the root folder of the game.
Download this mod and unpack the archive there (where RDR.exe is located).
