This save will give you almost all the unlockable costumes at the very beginning of the game, with the exception of the Treasure Hunter costume. All of them were obtained without the use of cheats or trainers. As for weapons, you will also have a Mauser, Buffalo Rifle, Carcano and a semi-automatic shotgun.
To install, place the save file in your profile folder in “Documents/Rockstar Games”.
