The modification shows on the screen the ID of the last bone that the player hit the pedestrian.
The mod is turned on/off by pressing the F9 key.

Maud silences Arthur (will no longer speak at all).
Unfortunately, this comes with forbidding him to verbally interact with NPCs (you won't be able to greet or threaten NPCs).
