Disable Out Of Bounds Snipers [1]

There are three scripted scenarios in the game in which you will be killed by a bullet that appears out of thin air:

1. When entering New Austin as Arthur;
2. When leaving the riverbed while in Guarma Freeroam;
3. Upon entering the caves under Aguasdulces while in Guarma Freeroam.

The mod disables these scripts and you can freely move around the area.
