This mod adds Miami village. So far, the mod is under development, but there are already four new houses, a small port, new NPCs, sugar plantations, and, of course, palm trees.
When creating the fashion, real photos of Miami and Florida of the late 19th and early 20th century were used. The village is located on the shore of the Braithwaite estate.
This is my first modification, so there may be various errors and bugs, please write to the PM in case of finding flaws / bugs.
