This modification is a port in GTA Vice City of the famous Arzamas mod, which was made by the Prosvet Team originally for GTA SA in 2007-2008. The map has been moved without any changes (tobj objects have also been moved). The paths of cars and pedestrians are registered. There are some 2dfx effects. It has its own main.scm (90% ported from the original mod), cars are placed in the city, several save points, there is also a garage for painting and mining cars. There are no missions. There are downed objects (thanks to Mitropolit'u). P.S.: The plans included a full map prelight. But it could not be done due to some circumstances. The radar also failed to move. Due to the lack of proper software, we were unable to generate mipmaps on textures. Also, there is no water in the pond near the plant in Prostokvasino (outside the city). This bug was noticed at the very last moment and there was no time to fix it. We hope for the understanding of users.
