Installation for pirated versions of the game:

Go to the Documents folder, and from it to GTA Vice City User Files. There you throw the contents of the folder. If necessary, change the number in the file name (GTAVCsf3.b, GTAVCsf4.b, GTAVCsf5.b, and so on) in accordance with the save slot from the first to the eighth inclusive.

The folder also contains a save with 99% progress (final mission not completed).
