This mod adds a villa near the lighthouse, you can only get to it by boat. (Or by swimming if you have a swimming mod). The villa has several floors and has access to the roof. On the last floor there is a mini shooting range. The villa is very interesting in structure (reminiscent of a castle).
That's the whole mod.
This villa is cut from gta real mod.
The author of this mod is Hitman.

Этот мод добавляет виллу около маяка, добраться до неё можно только на лодке.(Или в плавь если у вас стоит плавательный мод). В вилле несколько этажей и есть выход на крышу. На последнем этаже есть мини тир.Вилла очень интересная по строению(напоминает замок).
Вот и весь мод.
Эта вилла вырезана из мода gta real mod.
Автор этого мода Hitman.
