This mod adds a small apartment in South Downtown across from the jewelry store. The installation is simple, throw the CLEO and data folders into the game folder, throw the coochie_room.dff and gf1.txd files into gta3.img, and throw the dts_shops.txd file with a replacement. Go to the brown door and you will enter the apartment. Have a good game
